Jodi Gordon has revealed she went toe to toe with Sir Alan Sugar on the upcoming season of Celebrity Apprentice.
Jodi said of the businessman: ‘He was absolutely frightening, but gave everyone a fair go.’
Jodi, who is supporting Starlight Children’s Foundation on the series, explained she leaned on fellow celebrities Samantha Jade and Bronte Campbell on the show.
‘It was daunting at times, but I managed to raise a lot of money, so I’m proud of myself and thankful to those who supported me,’ she added.
‘I loved working alongside my girls Samantha and Bronte. We had a ball and made the absolute most of it. And the boys were always good for a laugh!’
A source said the actress ‘burst into tears when she was singled out in front of Lord Sugar for letting her team down’.
The source said the former Home and Away star ‘felt ganged up on’ and ‘thrown under the bus by her all-female team’.
Jodi is set to star alongside a mixture of famous and controversial figures.
The 2022 contestants include motivational speaker Turia Pitt, KIIS FM drive hosts Will McMahon and Woody Whitelaw, and reality star Gamble Breaux.
They will appear alongside retired rugby league footballer Benji Marshall, actor Vince Colosimo, comedian Jean Kittson and TV presenter Darren McMullen.
Model Jarrod Scott, entertainer and political staffer Carla from Bankstown, The Block’s Ronnie Caceres and ex-NRL star Eloni Vunakece will also star on the show.
