Mohsen Serry was born in Port Said in 1960. He holds a BA in Dramatic Arts, Department of Decoration, from the Academy of Arts in 1984. He is a member of the Syndicate of Performing Professions and a member of the Syndicate of Fine Artists of UNESCO.
He held the position of Director of the Decoration Department of the Arab Radio and Television Network ART in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 1996-2011, where he supervised the implementation and design of all concerts and official events for the network and many TV programs and series. He supervised the decorations of the network’s studios in Rome and Avizzano in Italy. .
He also held the position of Director of the Decoration Department for Rayana Art and Media Production Company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2011-2019.
He also received many honors from King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, from the Arab Media Corporation for Artistic Production and Distribution, and from the Public Security Sector of the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
He participated in many group and individual art exhibitions in Egypt and abroad, including:
The Art Center in Victoria Park in Australia, the 27th SIGRAPH conference for graphics and interactive technologies in USA, Cairo Art International Forum and Palita in Al-Ahram newspaper hall, and many art forums in the halls of the Egyptian Opera House.

Mohsen El-Sirry was able to be unique in a Fine Art language that combines artistic vision and pictorial formations, which carry many meanings and symbols.
And between the functional value, which was represented in the stages of designing and implementing many decorations for television programs and series during his work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
These influences were the beginning of his imagination on a journey of exploration of his artistic world, which he presents to us in his private exhibition that shortens the culture of Port Said; To embody his thoughts and feelings, which he expressed within the framework of the figure, using the dazzling element in crafting the material with plot and skill, influenced by different schools and trends.
