Ingredients
1-2 shots of espresso or strong brewed coffee
1 cup of milk
1-2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
Ice cubes
Optional: whipped cream and chocolate syrup for garnish
Instructions
Brew a shot or two of espresso, or make a strong cup of coffee and let it cool.
Fill a glass with ice cubes.
Pour the cooled espresso or coffee over the ice.
Add milk to the glass, leaving some room at the top.
Add one or two scoops of vanilla ice cream on top.
Optional: Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
