Lebanese singer Julia Boutros has assumed the title of “Minister’s Wife” following her husband Dr. Elias Bou Saab’s appointment as Minister of Education and Higher Education in Lebanon, as part of the newly formed government.
Julia was seen alongside her husband at several prominent events, including the Dhour Choueir Festivals, in the picturesque town in Mount Lebanon, where Bou Saab served as mayor between 2010 and 2012. The couple has two children, Samer and Tarek.
Elias Bou Saab, who currently holds the position of Minister of Education and Higher Education, is also the executive director and founder of the American University in Dubai, one of the leading educational institutions in the region.
With her husband’s new ministerial role, Julia Boutros continues to shine on the Lebanese scene, her name remaining linked to both artistic success and personal achievements.
