Recently, singer Maritta El-Halani performed at a Samsung event in Dubai to celebrate the launch of its latest smartphones from the Galaxy S25 series, which includes a dedicated chip and improvements in artificial intelligence features. During the event, Maritta performed some of her most popular songs, but she faced widespread criticism for her outfit.
Maritta wore a long shirt with a short skirt and a wide white blazer. Many followers felt that she tried to go for a youthful style, but it didn’t quite work, as the clothes appeared to be too large for her. Even the shoes she wore seemed oversized for her feet.
One Instagram page humorously commented on her look: “When you’re in a hurry and end up wearing your sister’s oversized jacket and slippers that are a size 45.”
