Dubai Opera is set to dazzle audiences with a rich lineup of musical brilliance and artistic celebration this June, kicking off tonight with a live performance by Lebanese superstar Wael Kfoury. Known as the “King of Romance,” Kfoury is set to deliver a soul-stirring evening filled with passion and melody, performing beloved hits such as “El Bint El Awiyeh” (The Strong Girl), “Omri Kello” (My Whole Life), “Law Hobna Ghalta” (If Our Love Is a Mistake), and “Albi Moshtaaq” (My Heart Misses You). With his heartfelt vocals and timeless songs, Kfoury continues to solidify his status as a leading figure in the Arab music scene.

In a similar spirit of artistic celebration, Dubai Opera will host “Diverse Bring on Tomorrow” this Sunday, June 29. The show promises an electrifying showcase of talent and creativity, featuring students from the Diverse Performing Arts School in a vibrant tribute marking the institution’s 16th anniversary.

The evening will feature dynamic scenes from world-famous musicals such as Fame, Starlight Express, Wonderland, and Aladdin. Audiences can expect a whirlwind of musical theater and dance, including a high-energy opening number titled Diverse’s Musical Playlist, a hip-hop performance inspired by Fast & Furious, a poetic dance set to Coldplay’s music, and a vintage-style jazz segment evoking the golden era of Bob Fosse. Other highlights include an elegant ballet performance and a bold tap routine influenced by The Traitors TV series, alongside powerful vocal renditions of songs by international pop sensation Benson Boone.

Looking ahead to July, Dubai Opera will host Lebanese indie band Adonis on Thursday, July 3. Known for their fresh blend of Arabic indie-pop, Adonis has carved a unique space in the region’s music scene. Their upcoming concert will showcase fan favorites like “Law Baddik Yaane” (If You Want Me), “Hafdal Ghanni” (I’ll Keep Singing), “Sout El Madineh” (The Voice of the City), and “Aal Khafif” (Lightly).

As Dubai’s cultural calendar heats up this summer, Dubai Opera stands at the forefront, offering unforgettable experiences that celebrate the best of Arabic and global performing arts.
