Ingredients
1 kilo potatoes
5 eggs
1 onion
2 red peppers and 2 green peppers
1 cup grated carrots, three spoons coriander and dill
Rumi cheese and cheddar cheese
4 spoons of black olives
1 spoon Ginger
Three spoons of flour
1 Hanging Cake Powder
Salt «Depending on the test»
Method
wash the potatoes, boil them and scrambel them
Whisk five eggs and place two tablespoons of oil and a teaspoon of black pepper
Spoon chilly and a large tablespoon of cumin and three tablespoons of flour and spoon with a baking powder
Flip the whole mixture
And put them on the potatoes mashed with coriander and dill and turn it with some stuffing
Cut the onion and put three tablespoons of oil and let it burn on the fire for two minutes and place the grated carrots
Stir it for 2 minutes and put the pepper and stir it for 2 minutes
paint the flint with oil and put a half of the mashed potatoes in it and put the stuffing and put Roumi cheese and black olives and put half of the second quantity of potatoes
Then Cover the face with cheddar cheese and place into oven for aproxmatly 20 minutes.
