How to make cauliflower bechamel

On medium heat, put the meat, onions, garlic, salt, black pepper and spices, stirring constantly until the color of the meat changes.
Leave the meat on low heat for 40 minutes until it is cooked, stirring occasionally.
Add the carrots and colored pepper, my heart, then leave it until the liquids dry.

On a medium heat, put a quantity of water, then add the cumin, salt and black pepper, and bring it to a boil.
Add the cauliflower, and simmer for 45 minutes, until fully cooked.
In a food processor, place the cauliflower and 1 cup of the béchamel, and mash it finely.
Preheat the oven at 180 ° C for 30 minutes.

Grease an oven tray with a little butter, then spread a cup of bechamel in the bottom of the tray.
Put half of the cauliflower on top of the béchamel, then add the meat, then the rest of the cauliflower, then distribute the rest of the béchamel over the cauliflower.
Put the tray in the oven for 40 minutes, then add the cheese, then leave it for 10 minutes until the cheese melts and the face is red.

INGREDIENTS

4 cups (1000g) Bechamel
1 medium cauliflower, chopped
½ kg (500 g) minced meat
1 medium onion,
chopped 1 garlic clove,
Mashed ½ red bell pepper, cut into small cubes
½ yellow bell pepper, cut into small cubes
½ small shredded carrot
½ cup (100 g) mozzarella cheese grated
½ teaspoon (2.5 g) mixed spices
¾ teaspoon cumin, salt and black pepper.
