Ariana Grande could have a venti-sized secret.
Fans of the pop star, 28, recently noticed a new Instagram page and website dedicated to R.E.M. Beauty, named after Grande’s 2018 song off of her “Sweetener” album.
Adding to the excitement, Grande’s mom Joan follows the Instagram page, which has yet to post anything.
Further teasing the brand’s seemingly imminent launch are the R.E.M. Beauty billboards popping up around Times Square, which the star’s BFF, Doug Middlebrook, posted to his Instagram Story.
While Grande already sells a R.E.M. perfume ($55) at Ulta — as well as multiple others named after hits like “Thank U, Next” and “God Is a Woman” — this new brand would see the pint-sized star breaking into new territory.
According to documents filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), a company owned by Grande called Thunder Road, Inc., filed applications to trademark a slew of products under the R.E.M. Beauty name, including eyeshadow, lipstick, highlighter, eyeliner, brow gel and more.
She also filed applications for specific products names that riff on lyrics from various songs in her catalogue, including “Flourishing Volumizing Mascara,” “At the Borderline Eyeliner” and “Midnight Shadows.”
Grande seems set to follow in the footsteps of other celebrity beauty moguls, including Kylie Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Rihanna, Halsey, Lady Gaga and Hailey Baldwin.
