On Saturday evening, the Saudi capital, Riyadh, hosted one of the most significant Arab artistic events of the year, the launch of the new edition of the “Joy Awards 2025.” This prestigious event brought together a mix of stars and creatives from across the Arab world, Morocco, and various international figures.
The event, which received unprecedented media coverage, has become a festival that reflects Saudi Arabia’s growth in the fields of culture and art, celebrating all forms of art, from music and cinema to fashion and content creation. From the moment the green carpet was rolled out, the event became a showcase for the brightest stars, with artists from Egypt, Lebanon, the UAE, Jordan, Morocco, and other Arab nations in attendance. Morocco had a noticeable presence, with Moroccan female artists like Aswat Lamnour, Salma Rachid, and Duaa Al-Yahyawi dazzling in traditional caftans. Moroccan artists, including Hatem Amour and popular content creators like Wijdan Said, Afra Al-Siti, and Miss Duaa, were also present.
