Ingredients
2 1/2 lbs. Beef Sirloin Steak, Cut into 1” Pieces
1 Red Onion, Cut into quarters
1 Red Bell Pepper, Sliced
1 Yellow Bell Pepper, Sliced
4 oz. Mushrooms
1 Cup Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp. Minced Garlic
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1 tsp. Paprika
Method
Place all the ingredients in a Large Ziploc Bag, Seal tightly and toss to coat everything evenly. Set in the refrigerator for 3 hours, or until ready to cook.
Spray a Large Baking Sheet with Cooking Spray and dump the contents of the Ziploc Bag onto the baking sheet. Spread everything out evenly.
Bake at 400° F for 30-35 Minutes until the meat reaches a minimum internal temperature of 150° F.
Serve in a Bowl with your favorite summer salad or sides.
